Terms of Service

These Terms govern coaching services provided by Alexei Kazarine. By booking a session or purchasing a coaching package, you agree to these Terms.

01The service

I provide one-on-one coaching for scientists and engineers pursuing or working in technical sales roles. I am not a recruiter and do not place clients in jobs.

02No guarantee of results

I do not guarantee any outcome, including a job offer, interview, salary, or sales quota attainment. Figures and examples on my website are illustrations, not promises of results.

I provide knowledge and feedback. You are solely responsible for how you apply it and for your own decisions.

03Payment and refunds

Coaching packages are paid in full in advance. You may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your first session has not taken place. Once your first session has taken place, packages are non-refundable, including any unused sessions.

04Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as used.

05Eligibility and ending coaching

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. I may decline to work with anyone, or end coaching at my discretion, in which case I will refund any unused sessions on a pro-rated basis.

06Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost income or employment opportunities. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

07General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
